Since 1990, the World Creative Education (WCE) Group has provided a wide range of educational services from an international city-state, Singapore. Led by GOTO Toshio, the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Consultant, we will continue to devote ourselves to nurturing young Japanese students into proactive international leaders and being the latest education information provider to educational institutions in Japan.
Orbit Academic Centre (OAC) was founded in Hong Kong in 1990 and opened in Singapore in 1996. We have been providing after-school classes for Japanese students in accordance with Japan’s National Curriculum and International curriculums such as International Baccalaureate (IB) while incorporating Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) framework.
Our focus is not just about good exam grades but also on training students' various literacy skills, which will equip them to be good problem solvers throughout their lives. We put great efforts in honing the Academic Japanese skills as a strong foundation of mother-tongue language is critical in strengthening our students’ cultural identity and improving second or third languages.

GOTO Toshio, the Chief Consultant and Chief Executive officer, has been highly acclaimed and received solid support from our students, parents, and educational institutions in Japan with his forerunning insights into education. He is one of the first pioneers in conceptualizing the education that embraces overseas Japanese students' advantages and unique characteristics, such as access to various learning opportunities and high cultural competency.
On establishing Orbit Academic Centre (OAC), he implemented the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) framework and opened Academic English classes. While accumulating expertise in international education via the operation of OAC and recruitment activities for Australian universities, he has been sought by educators in Japan for his consulting services and workshops. GOTO Toshio was born and raised in an international city, Yokohama, Japan. He graduated from Sophia University with a Bachelor of Economics. Having accumulated corporate experience in Tokyo, his passion for education and market demands brought him to Hong Kong to launch a tuition centre for Japanese students in 1990.
Since its inception, he has continuously disseminated the latest international education information from Asia and provided education to thousands of Japanese students in global environments.
